How and when to obtain test results from the surgery
Getting your test results
When the doctor or nurse sends a sample to the hospital for testing, they will inform you when they expect to receive the result.
Your doctor will have left a message saying whether the test result was normal or whether they wish to see you or speak to you on the phone.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone on 01284 753008 after 10am
